MY TOP 5 SPRING/SUMMER TRENDS FOR 2018

     Fashion week happens in twice a year, in spring and summer, and takes place in the big four: New York, Milan, London, and Paris. The fashion capitals of the world. Each season premieres the following seasons trends. So last fall, in 2017, we saw what would be popular for the spring and summer of 2018. Fashion week is actually going on in New York as I type this, so look up the shows happening know to see what will be popular later this year. Today though, I am going to show you my favorite trends for this spring/ summer and where you can find pieces for every price point.

     Trend number 1: LAVENDER. We have all seen millineal pink.It was a soft pink shade that was not quite pastel, not quite bubblegum, but it was POPULAR. I would credit tumblr to it's massive rise to fame which then led to us seeing it on every Instagram baddie's feed for the last 3 years. Pantone's color of the year for 2016 was even "rose quartz," which looks exactly like millineal pink. But alas, its reign in over and variations of the color purple, specifically lavender, are the new "IT" color you'll be seeing everywhere in the following months.

Trend number 2: RAINBOW. I'm so pumped for this trend because it's the easiest way to incorporate some color. All of the colors actually. It's fun, yet chic.

Trend number 3: POLKA DOTS. This is a classic trend that honestly NEVER goes out of style, but every few years we see a massive resurgence on a larger scale. Polka dots can be worn by anybody and with virtually everything. If none of these trends speak to you today, I hope this one does.
